Escape

Away from the city's chaos,
I prefer river bed stones, covered with moss.
Away from the city's traffic lights,
I prefer the moon's mild blue light.
Away from the city's thefts and loot,
I prefer the owl's melodious hoot.
Away from the city's limitations,
I prefer flora's vivid variations.
Away from the city's fleas,
I prefer the canopy of sun bathed trees.
Away from the city's pollution,
I prefer nature's beautiful creations.

Someday I would escape,
To end this weariness,
To my preferd place,
That is THE WILDERNESS

  1. Such A beautiful poem by little young girl, touches the mind. Our minds are really fed up with traffic and pollution of these cities.
Good going little one. Very beautiful. God bless you.
